blendAus Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments to understand each child’s strengths and challenges, then create clear, practical behaviour support plans with strategies tailored to their needs.

Skill Development

Based on assessments, we design tailored, play-based programs to help children and teens build essential life skills in a neuro-affirming way. These include communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills. Where needed, we collaborate with other Allied Health professionals under the Key Worker model to provide consistent, child-centred, and evidence-based support.

Consultancy and Training

We provide personalised consultancy and training for parents, carers, and support staff. This includes program training, strategy implementation, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure consistency across home, school, and community.
