About Us
At blendAus Therapy Solutions, we take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy for children aged 0 to 18 years with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or intellectual and developmental delays (ID/DD). We specialise in play-based early intervention, person centred behaviour support, socially significant skill development, and collaborative allied health therapies for children with diverse needs, including learning difficulties, and behaviours of concern.
Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred, and neuro-affirming support. We work closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to create personalised therapy programs that help each child reach their full potential.
Meet the Director of blendAus
Our team is led by Caroline, Senior Behaviour Consultant and NDIS registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. Caroline holds a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology and Sociology). She has over a decade of experience supporting children and adults with intellectual, physical, psychosocial, and medical disabilities.
Caroline has specific training in Behaviour Science and extensive experience in Positive Behaviour Support. She is currently pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst under the supervision of a BCBA-D, with a particular focus on ASD and ADHD.
Beyond her professional expertise, Caroline brings personal experience as a mother of four, including one child with ASD and ADHD. This lived experience puts her in a unique position to understand the needs of families navigating early intervention and therapy supports throughout childhood and adolescence. Outside of work and family, Caroline enjoys training in capoeira (six years of practice) and going on regular hiking adventures.
