A signature is required if you are delivering to a business address or apartment.

Please leave a note during checkout if you are happy for the courier to leave the item at your door if unattended.

blend offers two secure payment methods on our website:

Card payments:

Our entire website and checkout is SSL encrypted, which is the safest form of internet security available. Our checkout is integrated with Stripe Payments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Paypal

We also accept paypal. simply select PayPal as the payment method and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be redirected to PayPal where you need to choose the PayPal funding source you wish to use for your order.

You can also pay with PayPal without the need to open an account. Please select Paypal and follow the onscreen instructions. This means PayPal will not hold onto your details after purchase. PayPal limit the number of account free transactions to 10.

You will then receive 2 emails, 1 from PayPal to confirm your payment and 1 from blend to confirm your order.

We do not provide returns when the products have been opened.

We also to not provide returns for changing your mind.

All products are checked for faults before being sent. If you have received your item and it is faulty, you will need to contact us within 7 days, with photo evidence attached showing the fault if possible, and a full or partial refund or replacement will be issued upon return of the item in its original package if necessary.
